Everything you need to know about living in residence
Please be advised: Huron has delayed the opening of residence for September 2020 to January 2021. Huron will be evaluating the situation on an ongoing basis and will continue to be in touch with students. If you have questions, please contact huronrez@huron.uwo.ca. For those who moved out in March 2020, our standard dates and processes for move out are no longer applicable as we continue to navigate this in the best interests of our students. It is currently advised to not return to campus to collect any belongings left behind. There is no longer any access to residential buildings or residence rooms. We will be in touch at a later time when it is safe to return and empty rooms.
Living in residence gives students countless opportunities to develop lifelong friendships, explore their independence and immerse themselves fully in the unique experiences offered within Huron’s close-knit community. Our university is committed to fostering a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all our Leaders with Heart, and part of living that promise means ensuring you and your families know exactly what to expect when it comes to living on campus. Below, we’ve tried our best to provide all the information and resources you should need to better understand what it’s like to eat, breathe and sleep Huron. We can’t wait to welcome you to your new home!
